When adding new users, be sure to check the boxes:
- Active
- Staff status
at the bottom of the page.
Otherwise, the user will not be able to connect to Svija Cloud.
If you would like the new user to be able to manage users, click the third box:
- Superuser status
Deleting Users
When deleting users, it is better to simply uncheck Active at the bottom of the user settings page.
