Understanding the admin pages


Where is my admin?

To access your dashboard, go to:

example.com/a

This will redirect you to the admin log-in page.


List of Settings

Settings are presented in alphabetical order so you can quickly find what you need.

At first it can be confusing but the goal is to make maintaining your site as fast and easy as possible.

  • Fonts
  • Languages
  • Library scripts
  • Modules
  • Notes
  • Pages
  • Prefixes
  • Redirects
  • Responsive
  • Robots.txt
  • Shared Scripts
  • Site Settings
  • Templates

The Five Main Settings

There are five main settings that determine how your site will function.

Site Settings contains information for the whole site:

  • site address
  • tracking information
  • server parameters
  • backup preferences

Languages & Responsive contain information about which languages you will be using and which screen sizes you’ll be supporting

Prefixes define how the Language and Responsive settings will be reflected in the address of your pages.

Pages contains individual page information including source content and included resources.


Resource Settings

  • Fonts · contains a list of all the fonts used in your SVG’s and where the source files are located
  • Library Scripts · scripts that you can include via page settings to add functionality
  • Modules · menus, headers, footers etc. that you can include via prefix or page settings
  • Shared Scripts · scripts that are automatically included with every page

Other Settings

  • Notes · available to keep notes
  • Redirects · redirects an old page address to a new page address
  • Robots.txt · specifies whether the site will be searchable by Google etc.
